First of all, I want to thanks Jasmina for her patience and time that she put in to our 6 sessions. As mother of 2 young kids (4 year and 6 months old) I felt to tired and fat to work on my self, and that was my best excuse in last 4 years. I knew I had to change something. It was not possible to carry on that way, and I did not want to give up on my self and forget about my dreams. Jasmina as life coach helped me enormously on all aspects off my life. She made me start thinking of my self, because if I am good enough for my self, I will be even better for my family.
I literally got out of the house, start exercising and I can proudly say I stared to loose weight, which I was piling on over the years. I started to take care of my diet. I am content with my self. My family can feel that as well, that I am happy, relaxed, so for that reason they are happy for me as well. We put our goals first on the paper, and then in to pictures.
As my coach says, I made the most picturesque goal mapping she seen so far. I like it as well, everyone likes it! I feel powerful again, I feel I can do anything I want, I am back in charge. I quit cigarettes. Started with online business course that will last a year, which is going to be great for my future business and financial independence that I miss so much. She helped me remind my self on all my hobbies that I use to love, like gardening witch I might turn in to the business. Thank you for support me through this taught time, and help me to came back to old my self. Thank you for feeling fantastic, I would not be able to do all this without your positive attitude and support.
Thank you for all sessions to come, I am looking forward to each of them, like excited child, because I know that will bring me a lot of good energy, and take me step closer to my short and long-term goals.
