Some of the most common signs of the stress are listed below, under three headings. We are all different: not everyone will experience exactly the same signs or combination of signs.
What is crucial is to be aware of your own personal warning signs so you can do something about it sooner rather then later.
- Take a highlighter pen, read through the list and highlight all those signs that are certain indicators that you are under stress.
- Take a different color pen, and highlight any additional signs that you sometimes experience.
