How would you describe present time in one word. That word probably would be speed. Its looks like to me that our daily tasks list is getting longer, and requirements and expectations that we are facing are getting bigger.

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness Is the program that brings you new quality of life thru the practice of awareness and attention.
Mindfulness is investigating why we are becoming upset, and thru understanding of stress mechanics, giving you new possibilities to over come those situations.
They are very easy techniques or habits that we can implement in to our daily routine.
The same way you do your body workout, you can do mind workout as well.
Mindfulness program is usually 8 weeks long course, working on different aspects leading to stressful situation, attention, perception, leaving on auto pilot, upsetting emotion, communication, empathy ..etc.
Sometimes we feel that if we change our reality, daily life stays the same, but if you make positive changes deep inside you, your life will follow as well.
