Everyone experience good stress on the daily bases. Another kind of stress is the one that enables us to survive in times or trauma. This stress makes us aware of danger and enables us to escape when we need to.

Bad stress is form of stress that does not help us to achieve our goals but instead actually inhibit our ability to function on daily bases. Bad stress occurs when to much stress builds up around us. Ones the body feels here is to much stress, it will begin to beak down, cousins symptoms like perspiration, anxiety, headaches and rapid breathing, This kind of stress can take a huge toll on your physical and mental wellbeing.
