A few simple lifestyle changes can keep ageing from becoming depressing experience!

You can start your own personal fights against aging process by making sure you stick to healthy diet made up of whole food, like lean proteins, and whole grains along plenty of leafy greens and some fruit. Specific food noted to help you keep you youthful include berries, dark chocolate, olive oil, kale, spinach, lemon, and green tea.
For exercise, which builds muscle to keep skin taut and provides more energy to boost mood – go for working out at least 3 times a week, 150 min moderate intensity, or 75 min of vigorous, making sure to get mix of strength training and aerobic activity.

Another key element to maintaining a youthful appearance without turning towards aggressive and expensive procedures is to get a good night’s sleep.
